Dan trained at Guildhall School of Music & Drama and graduated in 2012 with a First Class BA Hons Degree in Stage Management & Technical Theatre.

Work as a Lighting Programmer and Associate Designer encompasses Television, Theatre and Live Events, giving Dan a long standing reputation in the industry for being a safe pair of hands when it comes to delivering the highest production values across these different genres.  

Dan is equally at home programming on the ETC Eos, GrandMA2 & GrandMA3 platforms and uses pre-visualisation software to aid pre-production should a project require this. 

In 2024, Dan was awarded by the ALPD for 'Excellence in Programming' across the year of 2023. 'He was especially commended for his collaboration and mentoring and his brilliant eye for detail.'

Dan is lucky to work alongside some of the industries best creative talent delivering some memorable projects and performances.
