Hugh is one of the UK’s leading lighting designers with a prolific career spanning over 20 years and a string of West End and Broadway successes.  He has lit more than 160 productions and been recognised with many awards, including a TONY and three Oliviers. Hugh is equally at home designing the most intimate of plays or the largest of musicals as well as for opera and ballet, exhibitions and architectural projects. He is an Associate Artist at the Old Vic Theatre in London.
