Stage Electrics would like to congratulate all the Olivier winners especially Howard Harrison at the Gielgud for Best Lighting Design and Paul Arditti at the Olivier for Best Sound Design.

Stage Electrics have strong links to the awards and winners, especially so in the case of Hairspray to which they supply all lighting and electrics. Hairspray broke the Laurence Olivier Award record for the most nominated single production in one year, receiving a staggering 11 nominations across 10 categories and was successful in securing the awards for four of them including Best New Musical.

Production Manager Andrew Loveday said “This is Stage Electrics’ third night in a row in the Great Room. We provided equipment for Revolution Awards on Friday 7th, Variety Club Awards on 8th and Oliver’s on Sunday 9th. We are back in the venue on Tuesday 11th with another client.”
