Robert Luggar
I lit my first show at school at the age of 13 and have continued to light many shows over the following 40 years alongside my primary carreer as a broadcast engineer.
My work is mostly with Theatre schools and colleges as well as the odd amateur gig. I hold sufficient equipment to light most musical theatre and drama productions.
My availability is limited at the moment, but my lighting order book covers around 7 productions of various scales each year from dance shows, Cabaret performances and full musicals.
I have strong technical knowledge from my own interest and my 30 year career as a BBC trained broadcast engineer. I have frequently performed a technical director role on productions planning all technical disciplines whilst focussing on lighting design and operation, as well as latterly video projection.
