A London based designer, Joe was introduced to lighting within school level drama. He is a student member of the ALPD.
Joe favours abstraction and symbolism as precepts to his design work. His style has been described as atmospheric and impactful.
His work on King Charles III was nominated for the 2026 NSTA in "Best Lighting".
