Ros Chase

Ros Chase is a London-based lighting designer working internationally across theatre, dance, and live events. Ros’s work focuses on creating atmosphere-driven, story-led lighting that supports performance, enhances movement, and deepens audience connection. With a keen eye for colour, texture, and timing, Ros designs lighting that is both visually striking and technically precise.

Ros thrives on strong collaboration, working closely with directors, choreographers, and creative teams to shape cohesive visual worlds tailored to each project. Whether designing for intimate spaces or larger venues, they bring clarity, intention, and care to every production, and are often praised for being a calm, open, and hardworking presence.

Ros trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, holding a BA(Hons) in Production Arts, Theatre Technology and upon graduation was awarded the Sheriff’s Prize for demonstrating an exceptional skill level in Lighting Design. ​ ​
