Smaller Complement To Award-Winning LED Ellipsoidal

SUNRISE, Fla. – When CHAUVET Professional’s Ovation E-190WW won the WFX New
Product Technology Award in 2013, the breakthrough LED ellipsoidal was
hailed for combining an exceptionally beautiful flat, even field of warm
white light with the efficiencies of LED technology (plus some kickin’ user
features, such as a gobo/accessory slot and interchangeable lenses). Now
those who want a smaller, less powerful LED ellipsoidal can enjoy the same
award-winning quality and versatile features provided by the original in a
compact fixture that’s less than half the size and one-fifth the weight –
the Ovation Min-E-10WW.

As its name conveys, the Ovation Min-E-10WW was designed to be a “mini”
complement to its acclaimed predecessor. Almost pocket-sized, it measures
just 225 x 108 x 232 mm without lens extension, making it an ideal choice
anywhere an excellent quality warm white ellipsoidal is needed for small
spaces and discreet use – from theaters and churches, to concerts and
productions of all types.

Powered by a punchy 10-watt 3053K LED, the Ovation Min-E-10WW produces a
hard-edged beam that’s perfect for gobo projection too. Like its larger
cousin, it includes a convenient built-in gobo holder/gel frame. Standard
E-size gobos will fit the Ovation Min-E-10WW (37.5 mm outside, 28 mm inside,
1 mm maximum thickness).

The Ovation Min-E-10WW also offers the versatility to meet different beam
angle requirements. Like the original, it comes with interchangeable lens
tubes: a 19° lens tube for producing a tightly focused beam; and a 36° lens
tube for a softer, more diffuse beam. When a 19° lens is installed the
fixture’s output is 261 lux at 5 meters, and with a 36° lens it produces 104
lux at 5 meters.

Users can also direct the light precisely where they want it to go, since
the Ovation Min-E-10WW is equipped with a four-blade shutter system. By
altering the projected beam with the framing shutters, specific areas can be
highlighted, and conversely, light can be cropped from “spilling” into
places where it is not wanted.

Surprisingly lightweight even for its compact size, the Ovation Min-E-10WW
weighs a mere 1.3 kg without a lens, making it very easy to install and
transport. It’s virtually maintenance- free, too, since its LED source has a
long 50,000-hour life expectancy and will run for years.

The Ovation Min-E-10WW is easily dimmable using external dimmer packs
appropriate for LED lighting or it can be controlled by 0-10v architectural
controllers. It is CE and MET approved for safe, worry-free installation and
operation.
