Hawthorn has Transformed into Encore

As you may have seen, we recently announced that Hawthorn, as part of the PSAV family of companies, began to operate under the Encore name on 11 January 2021 as part of the planned move to align our portfolio of companies under a master brand.
 
When we first announced this news in March 2020, little did we know what our world would experience. We are all now well aware of the magnitude of the global pandemic and its impact on our industry and how the world meets. However, even in the face of the most challenging environment we have ever experienced, we have not stopped moving forward. We are proud that we provided leadership to our industry by defining standards on how to safely meet in person and offered both our meeting planner customers and venue partners new platforms and tools to continue to meet through transformative in-person and hybrid events all over the world. Despite the challenges, we have maintained a forward focus; the Encore brand and new icon signal this forward focus.
 
We are excited to turn the page on this chapter of our history and to focus on how best to continue to deliver ’events that transform.’ Under the Encore brand, we have unified the full breadth of our product and service offerings to seamlessly connect in-person and virtual audiences however and wherever our customers want to meet. We combine the full breadth of solutions and tap into an expanded network of resources to help support you across all aspects of planning and executing meetings and events of all types.
 
Now, more than ever, we are motivated by our commitment to help our valued customers reach their goals and objectives. Today the new brand extends that promise and expands the possibilities.
 
While we have unified as one single brand, some brands within our family of companies will not be specifically adopting the Encore name including Concise, our proprietary digital meeting & hybrid platform. However, these brands are associated with Encore in their logo so that it is clear they are part of our master brand.
 
As you have come to expect we will, of course, continue to execute projects, with the same if not better, high-end service and professionalism you expect from us.
 
The recent move to the new Encore brand is also great news for our hire customers. You’ll still receive the same friendly, expert service from our dedicated hire team, but now with the added benefit of Encore’s vast state-of-the-art equipment inventory and global footprint, offering you support wherever you are in the world. So, whether you need a simple dry hire or are looking for a trusted partner for your concert or theatre tour, we’ll continue to work alongside you to provide the high-quality equipment and dedicated, ongoing support you expect from us. Our Hire website is still available for you to view our full range of equipment but has moved to https://hire.encore-emea.com.
 
Please note: The legal name and registered company number of Hawthorn Theatrical Ltd will remain unchanged so we will be raising purchase orders as Hawthorn Theatrical Limited T/A Encore. Our market presence will be unified using the new master brand Encore.
 
You will by now have seen changes to our identity including our new website www.encore-emea.com, social media profiles and our new visual brand signature.
