WL Launches SalesWL

Since its formation in 1971, White Light has established an unparalleled reputation for providing its customers with a level of support and expertise they would not receive anywhere else. Similarly, its continued investment in the very latest technology alongside its longstanding relationships with leading manufacturers has allowed clients immediate access to a wide variety of products. As part of its continued efforts to maintain the highest level of customer service, the company has recently launched SalesWL: a brand- new online platform from which customers can purchase their products.  

SalesWL has been a long-term ambition of WL’s, particularly after the successful launches of both HireWL and ShopWL. WL’s Head of Customer Service Craig Bennett comments: “While we certainly did not welcome the events of last year, we wanted to ensure that we used this unexpected free time as productively as possible. As such, we set about creating SalesWL. In recent years, we have been asked by several customers about the possibility of accessing our product offering online and so it made sense to add another website to our current portfolio of HireWL and ShopWL. Now that it is live and the world seems to be slowly returning back to normal, we are really excited for our customers to start using it”.  

SalesWL features an entire inventory of equipment for those working in the live entertainment industry, covering audio, lighting, rigging, staging, video and everything else in between. Users are able to visit the website, select which products they are interested in and then create a Wish List which is passed onto the WL team. Craig comments: “What’s great about SalesWL is that, while it is online based, our expert in-house team are still very much part of the process and will continue to work with customers in choosing their equipment. Similarly, anyone browsing the website and wanting more details can always call our team who will be able to offer any additional guidance or information they require”. 

Alongside products, SalesWL will also feature blogs, product guides as well as other digital resources which can be used as inspiration when selecting technical equipment. Craig explains: “As a company, one of our core values is Knowledgeable and this is something we’ve tried to implement throughout SalesWL. We want visitors to our site to be able to learn more about the technology as well as the wider industry in general, whether that’s trends, discussions or project case studies”.
